WHY NOW

FROM ANXIETY TO ACTION.

FROM BURNOUT TO BUILDING.

Young people are anxious—and for good reason. But we don’t just need to talk about the climate crisis. We need to give them roles in solving it. This summit is about moving from fear to action, from isolation to connection, from burnout to building.

Oftentimes a barrier to entry into a regenerative career is not knowing how to get started. Many who are entering the green space can find themselves indecisive, or unclear about which steps they could and should take. This event would provide a chance to see what’s available in the vibrant city of Atlanta, and foster connections between early-career professionals, peers, and current leaders in the field.
