As the world turns its eyes toward Atlanta ahead of the 2026 World Cup, we are launching a campaign that is not just about beautifying the city. It is about redefining it. We Are the Re-generation activates youth, transforms public space, and tells the story of how Atlanta is leading the way in urban climate resilience.
Led by young people, rooted in resilience, and ready to transform Atlanta one Regeneration Station at a time.

WHY?
Young people are inheriting a rapidly changing climate and are ready to take action now. They do not want to wait for the future, they want to build it.
Roots Down and our 501(c)(3) partner GreenHive have already trained hundreds of emerging leaders across Metro Atlanta in climate action, civic engagement, and urban ecology. Their leadership is the driving force behind this campaign.
The Re-generation is Atlanta’s opportunity to demonstrate what is possible when young people are empowered to lead climate transformation in their own communities.
