We have a solid team in place, proof of concept, and a growing client list. But growth comes with some growing pains. We're looking for a group of talented, creative, and connected people to join the Roots Down Corporate Board to help the founding team with strategy, business development, and fundraising.

Landscaping is a $120B+ industry in the US. In the next 15 years the entire industry is going to have to respond to the pressure of climate change and environmental degradation. Our unique suite of education and certification products puts Roots Down in the middle of 3 of the key cash flows emerging in this new, greener landscaping industry.

Our Grower Program provides landscape professionals with continuing education and proof of expertise through our certification standard.

Our seminars and workshops provide a fun and engaging way for local governments and organizations to provide public environmental education.

Our property certification provides developers and property managers with verified proof of integrated sustainability, and drives the adoption of our individual certifications.
Consulting.
We catalyze hyper-local environmental action by consulting directly with developers, planners, and local governments. We identify opportunities for integrated sustainability in real estate projects of all sizes, turning landscaping budgets into drivers of positive social and environmental change.
Strategy
Our revenue is growing, and our prospecting efforts are working. We're starting to get busy, and the management team could use help developing strategies and processes for managing our growing book of business.
Biz Dev
We're growing and we want to keep growing, so we could use guidance on how best to grow our business ethically, intentionally, and responsibly.
Fundraising
We anticipate growing capital needs in the next bunch of years, so we're looking for an active Corporate Board that believe in the mission, and will champion our brand, products, and ethics to their networks.
